I dunno if it's important enough to put on the article, but I thought it was interesting that the food sanitizer adds at least 1hp to all food items, so food items with less than 5 hp gain end up with a more than 20% increase. Only relevant to modders, but the Food Sanitizer doesn't have an actual effect, rather every single food item has two Restore Health effects, one normal and one which provides more health conditional on the Food Sanitizer being in the player's inventory. It says it sanitizes the food making it healthier to eat. The in-game dialog doesn't say anything about removing radiation from the food. I'm getting radiation and the same amount of HP from food. I'm definitely still getting rads from all food.

The Pipboy ad says it's supposed to dirridiate your food and give it better effect, but mine doesn't seem to do anything (besides maybe healing more HP, not sure how many HP food is supposed to heal you).
